What size room does a Velur electric diffuser cover?
Coverage is published for each size: the INKRANCE Mini covers up to 120 m², the Medium up to 160 m², and the Large up to 200 m². The Mini and Medium suit a room, an office or a clinic; the Large is made for hotels, showrooms, lounges and open villa interiors.
Is a Velur diffuser noisy?
No. All three INKRANCE sizes run at 36 dB or below, which is quieter than a normal conversation. Scent intensity is adjustable, so it can be turned down further.
Does it use water or heat?
Neither. The INKRANCE is a cold-mist diffuser: it atomises the fragrance oil directly, with no water tank, no heating element and no flame. That keeps the scent true and leaves nothing to refill but the oil.
Does it have to stay plugged in?
No. Every INKRANCE is rechargeable and runs cord-free. The Mini and Medium carry a 10,000 mAh battery, the Large a 20,000 mAh battery, so the diffuser can stand where it looks best rather than where a socket happens to be.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. Every INKRANCE is controlled both on the device itself and from the Velur app, which connects over Bluetooth and sets scent intensity and the multi-colour LED lighting.
Which oil does it use, and can I use another brand?
It runs on Soleá fragrance oil, sold separately in 100 ml, 200 ml and 500 ml, in all seven Velur scents. The Mini and Medium hold 100 ml, the Large holds 200 ml. Using non-Velur oils where Velur oils are specified is not covered by the warranty.
What is the warranty, and how long does delivery take?
Electric diffusers carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with the original invoice required for a claim. Velur delivers within 24 hours across the United Arab Emirates, and within five working days across the GCC.
